Janet Wightman
Ms. Wightman was appointed President and CEO of Victoria Park Capital in November
2006 after serving as President and CEO of Investment Saskatchewan since May 2004.
Prior to joining Investment Saskatchewan, Ms. Wightman was the Executive Vice-President
and Chief Operating Officer with Farm Credit Canada (FCC). In other senior management
positions with FCC, Ms. Wightman was Vice-President of Agribusiness and Eastern
Operations, VP, Human Resources, Administration and Business Process Reengineering
and joined the organization in 1994 as Manager, Staffing & Employee Relations. Previously,
Ms. Wightman was the Director, Resource Management with the Grain Transportation
Agency in Winnipeg. In addition to serving on numerous boards associated with Victoria
Park Capital including Saskferco Products Inc., Foragen Technologies Management
Inc., Performance Plants and Terra Grain Fuels, Ms. Wightman serves on the Technology
Innovation Centre Board of Directors and is past director of SaskPower Corporation.
Ms. Wightman has an ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Laurie Powers
Ms. Powers was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Victoria Park Capital after
serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Investment Saskatchewan since September
2004. Previously, Ms. Powers was the Chief Financial Officer of Information Services
Corporation of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining Information Services Corporation,
Ms. Powers held senior financial positions with National Alfalfa Merchants and Processors
Inc. and Saskatchewan Crop Insurance. Ms. Powers holds a Chartered Accountant designation
and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bioriginal Food & Science Corp.
and the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club. Ms. Powers recently received an ICD.D
designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Brian LaBerge
Mr. LaBerge joined Investment Saskatchewan in March 2006 and Victoria Park Capital
in November 2006 as a Partner, bringing both investment and operational experience.
Mr. LaBerge spent eleven years managing pension fund assets, first on behalf of
the Telus Pension Plan and then as Vice President Real Estate with Greystone Managed
Investments. Mr. LaBerge relocated to Calgary in 1996 to join Copez Properties,
a privately held real estate investment management company and later started Compradores,
a supplier of high-end furniture and home accessories. Compradores grew to over
400 employees, three offices in China and seven wholesale showrooms in the United
States. Mr. LaBerge holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves on
the Board of Directors of CLINICARE, Quantec Geoscience Limited, and Solido Design
Automation Inc.

Heather Forbes
Ms. Forbes is a Partner with Victoria Park Capital. Prior to joining VPC, Ms. Forbes
was with Investment Saskatchewan and Crown Investments Corporation Industrial Interests
Inc. In addition to serving on the board of directors of VPC, Ms. Forbes also serves
on the boards of Big Sky Farms Inc., Meadow Lake Pulp Ltd., and Meadow Lake OSB
Corp., and is past director and interim CEO of Hypor Genetics. Ms. Forbes holds
a Certified Management Accountant designation.

Heather Collins
Ms. Collins is a Partner with Victoria Park Capital Inc. With over 25 years of investment
experience, she has held senior investment positions in several financial institutions
including Vice President, Midland Walwyn Capital, Senior Director, Crown Life Insurance
Company, Regional Manager, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Manager, Crown
Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan. She serves on the boards of several private
based companies, industry associations and charitable organizations.

Jamie Schwitzer
Mr. Schwitzer joined Victoria Park Capital in February 2007 as a Partner. Prior
to joining VPC, Mr. Schwitzer was with Crown Capital Partners where he was an investment
manager and responsible for underwriting and managing private investments. Previously,
he was with Crown Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for the management
of equity and fixed income investments, asset liability management, and derivative
management. Mr. Schwitzer holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Troy Olson
Mr. Olson is the Director of Finance of Victoria Park Capital. Prior to joining
VPC, Mr. Olson was with Investment Saskatchewan for 2 years. Troy spent the previous
6 years with two Saskatchewan-based consulting firms in Regina and Weyburn, with
a concentration on business advisory and assurance services to small and medium-sized
owner-managed businesses. Mr. Olson holds a Chartered Accountant designation.

Tavis McPherson
Mr. McPherson joined Victoria Park Capital in November 2006 as an Investment Analyst.
Prior to joining Victoria Park, Mr. McPherson worked at BNP Paribas' London Branch
in the Financial Institutions Group. In addition to his Bachelor of Commerce degree
from the University of Saskatchewan, Mr. McPherson is currently working towards
his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Devan Legare
Mr. Legare joined Victoria Park Capital in May 2008 as an Investment Analyst after completing
his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Edwards School of Business. Prior to joining
Victoria Park, Mr. Legare worked at Cameco Corporation in the Treasury and Tax Department.
Mr. Legare is currently working towards his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
