Anne Parker, Board Chair
Ms. Parker is Senior Vice President, Legal and Communications, of Greystone Managed
Investments Inc., one of Canada's largest institutional pension investment firms.
Immediately prior to joining Greystone, Ms. Parker held the position of Executive
Director of a multimillion-dollar community development and research investment
entity. Previously she was with IPSCO Inc. for 15 years, holding progressively more
senior positions, culminating in the position of Vice President of Trade Policy
and Communications. During her tenure with IPSCO, Ms. Parker was involved with securities
law, investor relations, acquisitions and divestitures of corporations and corporate
assets, and communications - both internal and external.

Maurice DelageMr. Delage is the former Chair of the Board of Directors of Investment Saskatchewan. He is also the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Aventis Crop Science in North America, a global agri-business company focused on high technology crop protection, animal health, seeds and biotechnology. As a member of the global management boards of Aventis, AgrEvo, Hoechst Celenese, and Hoechst Canada, his emphasis was on capital investment, business development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Delage retired from Aventis in 2001. |

Tom McClocklinMr. McClocklin is President of Colliers McClocklin Real Estate Corp. He is a chartered accountant with a diverse background in real estate, due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring, financing and capital markets. Mr. McClocklin worked in the Saskatoon, Toronto and Chicago offices of Deloitte & Touche for over seven years prior to joining Colliers McClocklin. Mr. McClocklin serves on the Royal University Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. |

Janet WightmanMs. Wightman was appointed President and CEO of Victoria Park Capital in November 2006 after serving as President and CEO of Investment Saskatchewan since May 2004. Prior to joining Investment Saskatchewan, Ms. Wightman was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer with Farm Credit Canada (FCC). In other senior management positions with FCC, Ms. Wightman was Vice-President of Agribusiness and Eastern Operations, VP, Human Resources, Administration and Business Process Reengineering and joined the organization in 1994 as Manager, Staffing & Employee Relations. Previously, Ms. Wightman was the Director, Resource Management with the Grain Transportation Agency in Winnipeg. In addition to serving on numerous boards associated with Victoria Park Capital including Saskferco Products Inc., Foragen Technologies Management Inc., Performance Plants and Terra Grain Fuels, Ms. Wightman serves on the Technology Innovation Centre Board of Directors and is past director of SaskPower Corporation. |

Heather ForbesMs. Forbes is a Partner with Victoria Park Capital. Prior to joining VPC, Ms. Forbes was with Investment Saskatchewan and Crown Investments Corporation Industrial Interests Inc. In addition to serving on the board of directors of VPC, Ms. Forbes also serves on the boards of Big Sky Farms Inc., Meadow Lake Pulp Ltd., and Meadow Lake OSB Corp. Ms. Forbes holds a Certified Management Accountant designation. |

Donald WilsonMr. Wilson is the Managing Partner of MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP, a law firm with offices in Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton. Mr. Wilson has practiced corporate and commercial law out of the firm's Regina office since 1977, and has acted as counsel and corporate secretary to Victoria Park Capital Inc. since its creation. |
